Run a local model

Start a model server on your PC — Ollama or llama.cpp with a vision model works great. Or point it at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you trust.

The panel appears over your work. Stage a capture of the active window, attach an image, or just type — nothing is sent until you press Send.

Explicit capture only

A screenshot is taken when you press the button or hotkey — never in the background. Staged captures are removable, and nothing is sent until you hit Send.

Local by default

Talks to a model server on your own PC. Your captures, questions, and voice go to that local process — or only to an endpoint you deliberately configure.

Reads, never acts

No clicking, no sending, no file access, no system changes. Every consequential step is a human copy-paste — yours.

Saved info, encrypted

Keep your address, emails, and phone numbers as copy-ready chips — DPAPI-encrypted on your PC and included in a request only when you ask.

Clipboard hygiene

Sensitive copies are kept out of Windows clipboard history and cloud sync, and auto-clear after a countdown you control.

Ephemeral by design

Conversations live in memory and vanish when you close the app. Captures are never written to disk unless you opt into the debug option.

Private by architecture

We can't see your screen. That's the point.

BroMind operates no servers and receives nothing — no telemetry, no analytics, no accounts, no crash reports. Your data goes only where you point it.
